Streetman Campaign


This campaign will start with a cinematic real estate video. You'll get four short social media reels, four feature images, photos for the MLS and online marketing platforms, a 3D floor plan with basic furnishing, 3D tour, and a 2D floor plan.

Cinematic Highlight video

A one to two minute property video will highlight the uniqueness of the home and the community with focus on details like the fixtures and outdoor space. In order to capture everything that is this home and small town, the film could open with a simple sunrise scene showing a person or couple silhouetted along the water for a morning stroll or just watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. It could end with a similar sunset scene. Tour any hotspots or popular restaurants, even if obscured a bit for the sake of copyright or trademark issues.

Social media reels, 4ea

social media reels are short highlights of property or community whether it's a community activity or a design feature of the home to encourage prospective buyers to delve deeper into what the property has to offer, typically 7-10 seconds with in-app sound and captions added by the user/agent. Alternating posts with feature images allows the agent/user to post reminders for prospective buyers throughout the week to stay top of mind.

social media feature images are different than your MLS photos because they can highlight just about anything that might be unique to the property or the experience of living there. Showcase design elements or sunset image over the water or from the back porch... anything that makes the viewer feel like they are relaxing or just living on the property.

Virtual staging

virtual staging really helps prospective buyers to visualize the space with their furniture and lifestyle with simple pieces to make an empty or otherwise unique space functional and inviting.

your MLS images should show the space and how one room connects to the other(s) allowing a prospective buyer to flow through the space naturally through a collection of images.

often referred to as a dollhouse floor plan turns the view on an axis with fixed furniture added to empty homes.

iGuide 3d Tour & 2D floor plan

 iGuide uses LiDar technology to measure the space as accurately as possible giving prospective buyer the opportunity to draw their life into your home. The property will be shown as is giving prospective buyers a unique opportunity to walk through the home remotely from their computer or mobile device. The agent can also use this tool to increase engagement online encouraging prospective buyers to interact in a game of hide and seek to find a special item for an entry into a giveaway of some sort whether it’s a gift card that can be used anywhere, a gift certificate to a local hot spot, or a door prize at an upcoming open house.
